JOB RESPONSIBILITY FOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER – BACK END

1. Experience with NoSQL and distributed database like Cassandra or Redis
2. Building scalable and performance oriented services with caching techniques and systems like Memcache
3. Comfortable with search engines like Solr or ElasticSearch
4. Working understanding of NGINX and Apache web servers
5. Working knowledge of RESTful paradigms and to build API for our front services and mobile applications
6. Passion for products, empathy for users, and aspiration to make big impact
7. Strong database design and query writing skills with a commitment to performance and efficiency
8. Solid engineering principles and clear understanding of data structures and algorithms
9. Knowledge of service oriented architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
10. Assure quality of the solutions being developed within the team
11. Troubleshoot and debug support issues and code blues autonomously
12. Maintain technical mastery of the products being developed
13. Person with a track record of delivering innovative solutions in the field of algorithm development

SKILL REQUIRED FOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER – BACK END

1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or C++.
2. Knowledge of database management and query languages such as SQL.
3. Familiarity with back-end frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
4. Experience with web application development and RESTful API design.
5. Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
6. Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
7. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
