JOB RESPONSIBILITY FOR SYSTEM ENGINEER- (NEW DELHI)

• Designing, installing, and configuring computer systems and networks: A System Engineer is responsible for setting up and maintaining computer systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Monitoring system performance: A System Engineer is responsible for monitoring system performance and identifying any issues that may arise, including network downtime, slow processing times, and security vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshooting technical issues: A System Engineer must be able to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise with computer systems, including hardware and software issues.
• Ensuring system security: A System Engineer must ensure that computer systems are secure and protected from cyber threats. This includes implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation: A System Engineer must create and maintain technical documentation for computer systems and networks, including system specifications, configurations, and operating procedures.
• Collaborating with other IT professionals: A System Engineer must work closely with other IT professionals, including network administrators, software developers, and database administrators, to ensure that computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

• Analyze client requirements and convert requirements to feasibledesign
• Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts who carryout the detailed investigation into software requirements
• Perform coding and ensure optimal software/ moduledevelopment
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis,problem definition, requirements, software development and proposedsoftware
• Develop and automate processes for software validation by setting up and designing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, andexecuting these cases
• Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware,improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation ofnew systems or modifications of an existing system
